The words stop bank don't appear in the Exemptions list, but they also don't appear to have been in the previous Exemptions list ,but no FENZ were charged on stop banks under a Contract Works policy. It is dirt. Is this still exempt?
As no exemption applies, then if the contract covers the risk of fire, levy is payable.
